Towable Rental Policy

                       Travel Trailer Rental Conditions and Policies

*$501 Deposit is required to confirm a reservation, which becomes the Security Deposit upon departure.
*10% Rental Tax, $35.00 Hitch, and $5 daily/$25 per week Propane Fee.
*There will be a $125 charged up front with the rental, refundable if you bring the unit back as clean as you received it.
* To avoid $75.00 Dumping Fee, holding tank must be emptied and rinsed prior to check in, leave cap and value open.
*Reservation Deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days prior to departure. Approval on Visa/Mastercard or Checks only for deposits.
*15-20 days prior to departure of 50% the deposit or rental whichever is less. Approval on Visa/Mastercard or Check only for deposits.
*8-14 days prior to departure of 30% the deposit or rental wehichever is less. Approval on Visa/Mastercard or Check only for deposits.

Prepayment of estimated charges plus a refundable Security Deposit is due prior to departure. Security Deposit $501 approval on major credit card.

Travel Trailers are not allowed on "logging roads" and other non public roads. Lessee is responsible for any damages due to inadequate clearance (overhead, under carriage and sides).

TRAVEL TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO MEXICO

Lessee is responsible for all damages to unit during the rental term, including flat tire damage, and damage caused by towing on a flat tire.

Lessee is responsible for any toll violations, parkling tickets etc.. during rental term.

Noon to Noon is considered one day rental day: late returns start at $25/hr. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS.

NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED FORFEITURE OF ENTIRE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL RESULT.

NO SITTING, STANDING, WALKING OR STORAGE ON ROOF

NO SUNDAY RETURNS

Proof of Liability Insurance  and Driver License is required for each driver. (NO DRIVERS UNDER 25)

Payment must be made in Cash, Mayor Credit Card Visa or Master card is preferred.

A generator is available for an additional fee.

Delivery and Pick Up available (ask for details)

Special events and holidays are at peak rate and may require a minimum rental period.
